Returns Policy

Stormrider Store has a 14 day returns policy from the receipt of your parcel, for you to receive an exchange or refund.

In all cases please make sure you complete the following procedure:

Email us at to let us know your goods are being returned.

You must package items appropriately to avoid damage to goods or their packaging. Please do not stick labels or tape directly to the products packaging as if tampered with or damaged in any way, we will not accept the return.

We recommend that for your peace of mind you use a recorded method of postage so that we have to sign for your return when we receive it.

Please allow up to 2 to 5 working days once the goods have reached us, to give us time to process your returns.

Returns received after 14 days, can no longer be processed and no refund will be issued.
Any refund due will be credited back to the original method of payment used to place the order. Credit / Debit Card transactions via Paypal can take 3-5 working days from the date of processing to show up on your account statement.

Before returning goods please make sure your account details are correct, as occasionally we may need to contact you regarding your return via email or telephone.

Return Shipping - Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We suggest a recorded or signed for delivery service so the parcel is insured and can be tracked. Goods are the customer’s responsibility until they arrive at our delivery address.

Conditions of Returns - Please ensure all items returned are unused with all tags still attached. Any items returned in an unsellable condition will not be accepted. You must not damage any products packaging while returning products to us.

Clothing - All clothing must be unworn, with tags still in place.

Footwear - Footwear must not be worn outside and must be tried on in a clean indoor area. Hardware - Once any skateboard hardware has been assembled or grip tape has been applied to a deck, it cannot be returned for an exchange or refund. All goods must be unused and returned in original condition. Items must not have been used or damaged in the process of trying on.

Wetsuits - Wetsuits generally have single lined neoprene chest and back panels and we advise that you do not pull directly on these panels while fitting as they may rip at their seams and the wetsuit will not be re-sellable. This is common advise for all makes of wetsuit. We will not refund any wetsuits damaged in this way. Always pull the wetsuit on using the double lined panels which are much more durable

Faulty items - If you believe your product is defective due to a manufacturing fault, please send it back along with the returns form explaining the defect. We will assess the product and then contact you; we may from time to time send the faulty item on to the supplier for a second opinion. Please inform us of the defect immediately and do not continue to use the item as this may affect the result of our assessment. If we agree your product faulty, we will refund your return postage and refund your original purchase price [or offer an alternative should both parties agree to this]. The Stormrider Store faulty returns policy covers your product for 12 months [or reasonable use] and each return will be dealt with individually. We do not replace broken skateboard decks or decks with pressure cracks because the nature of the sport results in skateboards being subjected to extreme wear. Usually broken skateboard decks and cracks occur when feet are positioned in the wrong spot when landing tricks and grabs, or sometimes from fixing bolts creating weak points in the wood laminate. Unfortunately, if this happens Stormrider Sports will not be able to replace your board. Surfboard fins are designed to snap before your surfboard does. If this happens, please surf in deeper water!

Damage to goods caused by sharp instruments while opening our packaging does not constitute a fault and these goods cannot be refunded.
