All standard delivery parcels are dispatched via Royal Mail or Parcelforce [Except large items such as Surfboards, Bodyboards, Mountainboards etc, which are dispatched via reputable Couriers].
Items generally take 2 to 5 working days to arrive. [Excluding Weekends and Bank Holidays]

*Special Delivery cannot be guaranteed for large items over 2Kg such as Surfboards, Bodyboards, Mountainboards etc, which are dispatched via reputable Couriers.

Special Delivery is for standard sized parcels only and can only be processed for orders received before Midday and takes 24/48 hours. [Excluding Weekends and Bank Holidays]
We will update you by email once your goods have been dispatched.
Where a Trackable Service has been selected, we will update you via email with the tracking Number once it is available.
Large items such as Surfboards, Bodyboards, Mountainboards and similar sized items are sent to via courier. Delivery times will be confirmed by email once your order has been processed.
*Unfortunately at this time we do not sell goods via our website internationally. If you are located outside the UK please email with your requirements and we will be happy to quote a price for you.
To avoid unnecessary delays with your order please ensure that you provide a delivery address where you will be located at during normal working hours [8am – 5pm] on the likely delivery days [excluding weekends]. Once an item is dispatched we are not able to modify the delivery address of your order.
Delivery FAQ’s
Customer Unable to Accept Delivery:
Royal Mail. If your parcel is unable to be signed for at your address the delivery person may ask a neighbour to accept on your behalf or take it to your local Royal Mail delivery office (not Post Office) for you to collect. It will be held there for 14 days. The driver should leave a calling card informing you of where they have left it and further information regarding collection.
Parcelforce If your delivery driver is not able to deliver to your adress they should either leave it with a neighbour or take it to your local Post Office for you to collect at a time convenient to you. In some circumstances if the Parcelforce depot is closer, your parcel will be taken there for safe keeping. You can then arrange re-delivery by calling the number on the card. They will hold on to this for 14 days and if unclaimed it is eventually returned to the retailer. The driver should leave a calling card informing you of where your parcel has been left.
Exclusions:
*Unfortunately certain remote areas of the UK do not fall with standard shipping rates for many delivery companies. If you live in any of the following locations, before ordering, please email us directly for a shipping quote and we can invoice you directly with the correct total cost of goods plus shipping. *Surfboards: Please note that we can only ship surfboards to mainland UK destinations only. We cannot ship boards to Channel Islands, Isle of Man, some Scottish Islands or other EU countries or International Destinations.
